What counts as an "AI request"?

Every message you send to the AI assistant counts as one request, whether you're in Chat or Agent mode. Tool calls (file reads, searches) within a single response don't count separately.

Can I pay with cryptocurrency?

Yes. Toggle Crypto at the top. We accept USDT on Tron (TRC-20) — works from any wallet or exchange (Bybit, Binance, OKX, Trust Wallet, TronLink). No KYC, network fees ~$1. Your subscription activates automatically within ~30 seconds of the on-chain confirmation.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel anytime from Profile → Billing. You keep access until the end of your current billing period.

What happens when I hit my AI request limit?

You can still code, use the terminal, push to GitHub, and access all your projects. AI requests pause until your 15-day window resets. On Pro and Ultra you can top up instantly with a +100 request pack for $20, or upgrade your plan.

How does the 15-day reset work?

Your AI request counter resets every 15 days from your first request in the current window — not on a fixed calendar date. You'll see the exact reset time inside the app.

Do you offer team or enterprise plans?

Ultra already includes up to 10 teammate invites per workspace. For larger teams or custom SLA, contact us.

Is my payment data secure?

Yes. Card payments are handled by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number. Crypto payments use a self-hosted HD wallet: each invoice gets a unique deposit address, the funds go directly to our wallet (no third-party processor), and the system never touches private keys outside of our server.
